Issues discussion is a feature in MyMudah Portal which will give you ability to start various discussions with user or issue member for a specific issue.
To create new issue discussion open the desired issue and click on the discussions tab then click on the create discussion button.
- Discussion Subject
- Discussion Description
- Visible to user – If this field is checked the user will be able to see this discussion in the users area also will receive new email that new issue discussion is created. All user contacts that have permission for issues will be receive this email.
